After more than 20 years running my own successful communication design agency with a focus on corporate social responsibility, nonprofits, and cause marketing, I joined ALSAC/St. Jude in 2012. As Sr. Director of User Experience, I lead a team of 24 content strategists, digital designers and user interface developers responsible for the strategic, user-centered design of digital products and marketing campaigns, generating revenue and awareness for the lifesaving mission of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
A creative director, design thinker and visionary leader with a proven ability to transform and build high-performing teams, and a track record of delivering complex, multi-channel projects on time and on strategy. For 20+ years, I owned and operated a successful communication design studio. After developing a strong foundation in strategic marketing solutions and brand strategies with for-profit clients, in recent years I began focusing on corporate social responsibility, and cause marketing, as well as brand development and fundraising for nonprofit clients. My desire to make a difference for clients who make a difference led me to of the grea causes around—St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, where I serve as Sr. Director, User Experience Design and Content.
